I founded Horizon Pilates because I want everyone to be able to enjoy the physical and mental health benefits Pilates brings. I've been practising Pilates for over 12 years and I love how it makes me feel.
In August 2021, I qualified as a Body Control Pilates® Matwork Level 3 Teacher and began teaching weekly classes in Crawley. If you want to move well and feel good come along to one of my classes and give Pilates a try. Your first class is free!
